Why is there a cooldown on Page Speed and Site Audit scans?

Each client has its own cooldown clock. Run a Page Speed check or full crawl on one client and there's a short wait before you can re-run it for that same client. Your other clients are never blocked. Enterprise plans are fully custom — cooldown rules are negotiated per contract.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. If upgrading to annual mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.

You can purchase page packs for additional capacity. Purchased pages carry forward and expire 12 months from your last pack purchase. Packs range from 5 pages ($30) up to 100 pages ($250).

Business includes 1 user. Pro includes 2 users. Agency includes 3 users. Additional seats are +$25/month on Business, Pro, and Agency. Enterprise is fully custom — user count is negotiated per contract.

What's the difference between Pro and Agency?

Agency adds client-facing features that Pro doesn't have: client portals so your clients can view their data and approve content, client user invitations, and white-label branding so portals and reports go out under your agency's logo. Agency also includes more pages per month (75 vs 60) and an extra user seat. Pro is the right fit if you manage multiple sites yourself; Agency is the right fit when you have clients you need to share access with.

Yes — and we encourage you to edit them. The Content Wizard handles research, outlines, and drafts. Best practice: use the AI draft as a starting point and add your own voice, examples, and proof points. Posts published 1:1 from AI tend to underperform; posts with human editing do well.

Yes. Rank tracking is included on every plan, with daily updates for tracked keywords. We track Google (mobile and desktop, by country and city), and we also track AI visibility — whether your brand appears inside generative answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews for the same queries.

How do you know if my brand was cited?

For each tracked prompt, we run real queries against each AI engine on a recurring schedule and parse the response for citations and brand mentions. We capture the source URL, snippet text, and which engine surfaced you — so you can verify and act on every citation.

SEO ranking measures position on a results page — a binary outcome (you're #3 or you're not). AI visibility measures whether your content appears inside a generated answer, often as one of several sources cited inline. A page can rank #1 on Google and still be invisible in AI Overviews, or rank #20 and be the primary cited source.

Install the Aergos plugin, connect your site with a one-click pairing, and content flows both ways. Aergos can read your existing posts to audit them and publish new drafts directly into your WordPress editor — schema, internal links, and meta included. You always review and publish from inside WordPress.

Do you integrate with Google Search Console?

Yes — and we strongly recommend connecting it. GSC gives Aergos query-level performance data, indexed page status, and Core Web Vitals signals. Connection is OAuth-based; we never see your password and you can disconnect any time from your account settings.

Do you integrate with Google Analytics?

Yes — GA4 is supported via OAuth. We pull session data, conversion events, and top landing pages into your Aergos dashboard so you can correlate SEO work with business outcomes. Universal Analytics (the older GA) is no longer supported by Google.

Where does Aergos get its keyword and rank data?

Accepted Answer

Rank data comes from our own search infrastructure (geo-targeted, mobile and desktop). Keyword volume and difficulty data is sourced from a mix of click-stream providers, search-engine APIs, and our own observations. AI visibility data is generated by querying each AI engine directly.

Is there an API?

Yes, on Enterprise plans. The API exposes audits, rankings, content, AI visibility, and reports as REST endpoints so you can plug Aergos data into your own dashboards or data warehouse. Rate limits and authentication details are in the developer docs.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All reports export as PDF or CSV from any plan. Rankings, audits, and content data can be downloaded as CSV. Enterprise customers can pipe data out continuously via the API or scheduled exports to a cloud storage bucket.

Not natively yet — they're on the 2026 roadmap. In the meantime, Enterprise customers can use our API with Zapier's webhook step or Make's HTTP module to wire Aergos into the rest of their stack.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure, scoped access controls, and no engineer accesses customer data without an audited reason. We do not sell or share your data, ever.
